Early Learning Collective at KOS

The Early Learning Collective at KOS is a partnership between KOS, Inc. and Chosen Kids Learning Collective (CKLC), bringing together KOS's hands-on approach to learning with CKLC's experience in early childhood education.

The educators behind CKLC have been part of the KOS community for more than three years, teaching and working with children throughout our camp programs. This partnership builds on that trusted relationship to create a welcoming early learning experience focused on curiosity, creativity, independence, and confidence for children ages 3–5.

LaTonya Wiggins

LaTonya brings more than 20 years of experience in teaching and instructional design to the Early Learning Collective at KOS. She studied Early Childhood Education at Mercer University, where she developed a strong foundation in understanding how young children learn and grow.

A mother of six, LaTonya combines her professional experience with the patience, encouragement, and nurturing perspective that comes from raising a large family. She is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences that spark curiosity, build confidence, and help children discover the joy of learning something new.

LaTonya is excited to help create a strong educational foundation for our youngest learners while making their first experiences with learning positive, engaging, and fun.

Heather Pulliam

Heather brings more than 20 years of experience as an educator, beginning her career in preschool and developing a lifelong passion for helping young children learn and grow. A graduate of Jackson State University, where she studied Liberal Arts, Heather focuses on building strong foundations in reading and mathematics while supporting each child's social and emotional development.

A mother of three adult children and a proud grandmother, Heather believes every child deserves to feel loved, valued, encouraged, and excited to learn. She finds particular joy in watching children gain confidence, develop friendships, and discover what they are capable of achieving.

Having raised her own family in this community, Heather is especially excited to give back by creating a warm, nurturing, and joyful environment where children can explore, learn, and grow at their own pace.

What Your Child Will Experience

The Early Learning Collective combines kindergarten readiness with the hands-on learning that defines KOS. Children will explore early literacy and math, STEM, art, music, imaginative play, outdoor activities, and practical skills in a small, nurturing environment.

Our focus is on helping children develop curiosity, independence, creativity, confidence, and a love of learning while building the academic and social skills they need for their next step.
